For Customers

Jongolo is a premium online marketplace for luxury menswear, specializing in authentic African attire such as Agbada, Kaftan, Dashiki, and more. We connect customers worldwide with verified master tailors and premium brand distributors.
Click the "Create Account" button in the header, fill in your personal details (name, email, phone number), create a secure password, and you're ready to shop. You can also sign up during checkout.

Ordering & Delivery

Delivery times vary by location and product type. Standard delivery within Nigeria takes 3-7 business days. International shipping typically takes 7-21 business days. Custom-tailored items may require additional production time of 2-4 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Yes! We ship to over 195 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Nigerian domestic shipping is available at a flat rate of ₦3,000, while international shipping starts at ₦15,000.

Payments & Security

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Nigerian customers can also pay via Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD). PayPal is available for international customers. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Absolutely. We use industry-leading payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Paystack) that are PCI DSS compliant. Your card details are never stored on our servers — they're handled entirely by our payment partners with bank-level encryption.

Returns & Disputes

We offer a 14-day return policy for ready-made items in their original condition with tags attached. Custom-tailored items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or the measurements don't match your order specifications. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
If you have any issues with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through your account dashboard or email support@jongolo.com. Our dispute resolution team will work with both you and the vendor to find a fair solution. We take quality and customer satisfaction seriously.

Measurements & Sizing

After creating an account, visit your profile and add your measurements. We provide detailed measurement guides with video tutorials for each garment type (Agbada, Kaftan, Dashiki, etc.). You can also book a virtual fitting session with your tailor.
If your custom-tailored garment doesn't match the measurements you provided, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with the tailor to arrange alterations or a remake at no additional cost. This is covered by our Fit Guarantee for all custom orders.

Customs & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific duty rates.

Tailors & Vendors

Visit our "Become a Vendor" page to learn about the benefits and requirements. The registration process involves creating an account, providing your business information, and submitting your portfolio. You can start selling immediately after registration — no approval wait time required.
Our tier system rewards quality and consistency. All vendors start as "Verified Vendors" with a 12% commission rate. As you complete more orders, maintain high ratings, and build your reputation, you can advance through Rising Star (10%), Jongolo Curated (8%), and Master Craftsman (6%) tiers.
Commission rates are tied to your vendor tier: Verified Vendor (12%), Rising Star (10%), Jongolo Curated (8%), and Master Craftsman (6%). Higher tiers also unlock benefits like featured placement, priority support, and marketing promotion.
